About Resort To Resort

Resort to Resort is an exclusive global homeowner exchange program powered by Intrawest.

In 2001, Intrawest introduced Resort to Resort, an exclusive exchange network for Intrawest homeowners. The program was so well received by Intrawest homeowners that Resort to Resort began expanding in 2003 to include a carefully selected portfolio of partner resorts.

There are over 7000 units in the network and over 8000 owners have been offered a two year Membership by their Developer. Resort homeowners have access to a growing collection of 200 properties at over 50 premier resort destinations around the world as well as access to more than 2,000 cruise itineraries with leading cruise lines such as Carnival, Holland America and Royal Caribbean.  When you purchase a resort home in a Resort to Resort affiliated property you purchase more than just that home. As a Resort to Resort Member, you gain access to an expanding network of vacation opportunities in sought-after ski, golf, and beach resorts and cruise destinations. The program is simple to use: 

Deposit

When you are not using your resort home you simply deposit usage of your resort home with Resort to Resort. Deposits must be made in 5 or 7 night increments. Deposits will be accepted based on the demand of other Resort to Resort Members. 

 

Earning Resort Credits

You will receive Resort Credits for your deposit based on four factors

·   Demand for the resort in which you own your Resort Home

·   The size of the Resort Home (Studio, 1, 2, or 3 Bedroom)

·   The season in which you make your Resort Home available

·   The length of the Deposit (5 or 7 Nights) 

Making a Reservation

 

Choose the vacation destination or cruise itinerary you would like from the Resort to Resort portfolio of vacation opportunities and make your reservation request. Our dedicated team of Member Services representatives will search for and confirm your vacation availability. 

Fees

The 2-Year Resort to Resort Membership is provided complementary by the Resort’s developer. After the initial 2-year Membership, there is a renewal fee of $199 USD per year. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee. The Reservation Fee for is $275 USD per 5 or 7 night exchange.
