When choosing a destination, it is important to communicate your needs to your Member Service Representative. Do you need to be near the golf course? Do you need to be near the ski school? Will you only stay at one property at the resort? As soon as you place your request our Member Service Representatives will search actively for you. If you do not specify a request, they will search for everything at that resort. The Member Service Representatives contact all members at your requested resort to see if they would like to earn credits by giving up the week you have requested. It is important to know that you are available to travel during your requested week and that you can book the airfare at short notice once we call you to confirm your reservation. If your plans change, please contact us to cancel your search! As you all know, we do not return deposits, so if we are searching for you and we find something that you no longer want, the unit may sit empty for that time.
